SSB Travels is a travel service provider offering domestic and international travel packages, pilgrimage tours, customized itineraries, hotel bookings, and transportation arrangements.
By booking a tour or using our website, you agree to follow the terms mentioned below.
2. Booking and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
Customers are required to pay 50% of advance amount to confirm the booking.
The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the tour departure date.
3. Pricing Policy
All prices listed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
Prices may vary due to changes in government taxes, fuel costs, airline charges, or other travel-related expenses.
Final prices will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Flight Tickets
Once the trip is confirmed, flight tickets cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Entry Tickets
Entry tickets included in the tour package are non-refundable in case the traveler decides to cancel the tour.
Visa Fees
Any amount paid toward visa processing is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Food, Transport and Hotel Refund Policy
50% refund of food, transport and hotel charges will be provided for cancellations made 20 days or more before the tour date.
25% refund of food, transport and hotel charges will be provided for cancellations made 15 days before the tour date.
No refund will be provided for cancellations made 7 days or less before the tour date.
Payment Schedule
The full tour amount must be paid at least 7 days prior to the tour start date.
5. Travel Documents
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents such as passports, visas, identification cards, and other required permits.
SSB Travels will not be responsible for denied boarding or entry due to missing or incorrect documents.
6. Changes to Itinerary
SSB Travels reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather conditions, government regulations, natural disasters, or operational requirements.
Any such changes will be communicated to customers as early as possible.
7. Liability Disclaimer
SSB Travels acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and tour guides.
We are not responsible for flight delays, natural calamities, any cancellations, accidents, injuries, loss of baggage, or damages caused by third-party service providers.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Follow local laws and regulations during travel.
Respect cultural and religious places visited during tours.
Maintain proper conduct during group tours.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour without refund.
9. Website Usage
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and travel packages belongs to SSB Travels and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
10. Privacy
Your personal information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties except when necessary for travel bookings.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
